GREAT PRODUCT AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
These guys are awesome - I ordered my towel a little late for my first triathlon, but I felt the product would really help my transition so I ordered it anyway and messaged the seller to ask if they could speed up the delivery. I received an immediate response to say they would send it out same day via first class and I received the item the next day! fantastic customer service, thank youMy only concern was it might not be big enough, however now that I've received the item I'm really happy about the size. Its ok, but visualise the measurements - more a big hand towel
Its a bit smaller than I thought , but that is my fault I should have looked closer at the measurements, the material will never win awards for soft and luxury , but as a race towel it will be ok.But to be honest I could have just bought a cheap towel . Would not buy another when it wears out
