Picture quality is amazing so easy to install .

Bit slow , bought to use to connect to own media server with kodi however crashed a few times while configuring. Once set up works alright but id definetly recommend spending bit extra and getting the likes of a raspberry pi or firestick.

It did not work and as it was a gift this was not discovered until the return window had closed.

Not what we expected at all. Paid a higher price than currently advertised and expected it to be pre loaded and ready to go. Basic android box, infuriating remote control and the user interface looks nothing like any MX Pro products online...cannot figure out how to delete files ...there is no delete function...and the "file manager" is just a front end that shows you the files...you can't move or delete them..so not much use as a file management tool! Massive disappointment. Suspect it may not be the article being advertised and is potentially a copy.

Everything was great with this product apart from the central “ok” button on the remote control was not working. Requested a new remote was sent but this was not an option the only option available to me was to return the whole product and get a refund. A lot of hassle for a remote control! Ended up just buying another remote control

The MXQ PRO BOX that I am sending back is because it not working properly,I'm not looking for a refund I would like it exchanged for the same one that working properly .
