I ordered these scissors and received a pair of shears that did not pull apart. I wrote a review stating just that and returned the product. A few weeks later, and without promoting, I received the correct pull apart shears and a letter from the seller apologizing for the mistake. I received these at no cost. The only request was that I consider editing my review. Well, that was certainly deserved! Apart from the amazing customer service of the seller, the shears are a kitchen dream! They cut through anything and everything. They are sharp and they definitely pull apart for easy cleaning. I highly recommend this product. Review: So close, yet so far - The problem with these scissors is the hinge pin. It is a rivet that was supposed to be welded, maybe? As it is, the pin is loose on the scissors. When I mallet the pin in tight, the scissors work great, but it doesn't last. When the pin comes loose, there is too much wobble, and the scissors don't perform well. I see why more expensive scissors have a scene and nut mechanism instead of a pin. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00Q3CUYS2 | | Blade Edge | Serrated | | Blade Material | Stainless Steel | | Brand | ZHANG XIAO QUAN SINCE 1628 | | Brand Name | ZHANG XIAO QUAN SINCE 1628 | | Customer Reviews | 3.5 out of 5 stars 12 Reviews | | Finish Types | Brushed | | Hand Orientation | Ambidextrous | | Handle Material | Stainless Steel | | Item Weight | 4.16 ounces | | Manufacturer | Zhang Xiao Quan | | Manufacturer Part Number | SZKIT | | Material | Stainless Steel | | Material Type | Stainless Steel | | Model Number | SZKIT | | Product Style | Classic | | Style | Classic | | UPC | 818711016407 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Material:** Stainless Steel - **Brand:** ZHANG XIAO QUAN SINCE 1628 - **Blade Material:** Stainless Steel - **Style:** Classic - **Item Weight:** 4.16 ounces ## Images ![Zhang Xiao Quan Heavy Duty Kitchen Scissors, Pull Apart, 9-Inch - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61LGAiWXLLL.jpg) ![Zhang Xiao Quan Heavy Duty Kitchen Scissors, Pull Apart, 9-Inch - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/819DEP1iLEL.jpg) ![Zhang Xiao Quan Heavy Duty Kitchen Scissors, Pull Apart, 9-Inch - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71bCW+YZe5L.jpg) ![Zhang Xiao Quan Heavy Duty Kitchen Scissors, Pull Apart, 9-Inch - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/714+TzImKuL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These shears and their seller are on point! *by T***. on July 18, 2015* I am editing a previous review.
