Crashed twice on the same day it was received
1. Turned it on and it was already setup but without a password.2. Started to setup my accounts and work on documents.3. Crashed once while not on charge.4. I tried taking the battery off and replacing it to see if there was a connective issue. The back had two stickers and nothing about it was to do with the warranty; I tried to remove but they were not easy to peel off.5. Put the laptop on charge and started to work on the documents lost from the earlier crash.6. And again it just crashed without any warning or BSD.7. Returned it the next day, paying for the postage.The seller is charging me £50.00 for trying to scratch off the labels.Not buying from this seller again.
