I bought this sleeping bag for an upcoming back packing trip I was having and I just returned. A few days prior to leaving for my trip, I was testing my gear and getting it ready. On the compression bag, a clip broke. I contacted the seller and asked for a new one, but they advised they would not be able to get it to me no time before I left for my trip. I was able to find another compression bag on Amazon, that could possibly make it before I left on my trip. I didn't receive a respond from the seller on what they were going to do until it was to late for me to order something, so I just went on my trip with the faulty compression bag. What they ended up saying they were going to do was refund me some money so I can buy a new compression bag, which ended up being like $12.- During my trip, the inflatable pillow stopped working on day 2. At this point I was pretty upset with having gone with this product, but my sleeping bag did well. It was pretty light, was able to be compressed, and was roomy and comfortable. Overall is the only reason I am rating this a 3.
