Great cartridges for the price. Had NO problem getting my printer to accept them and the printing quality I've gotten has been very comparable to the 'genuine' HP cartridges I've paid twice as much for. had to return.I was not familiar with remanufactured items and my printer would not accept. There were instructions to correct the problem but did not work for me. Disappointed because the Kogain price is excellent.

I bought two of these for my HP printer. The first one I installed worked just fine. The second did not work at all. Unfortunately for me, the "window to return" had closed about a week before I installed the second, inoperative cartridge. Obviously, I didn't install the second one until the first was empty, so I had no idea the cartridge was worthless. I tried to contact the company at their provided email address and initially got no response.Update: I finally did hear from the company and they ended up replacing both cartridges at no cost to me. The replacement cartridges did work as advertised. I am changing my review to a 4 because of the effort to make things right.

The cartridges worked well without having to use any cleaning. So far, works as well as the name brand. My only concern would be the shelf life. I bought the twin pack to save even more, but I've had bad experiences in the past with unused carts. drying out over time, even with name brand carts. I do plan on using my printer more often to avoid the other cartridge from sitting too long. Only time will tell.

Had an issue with the 2nd cartridge. The 1st one worked well with no issues, but # 2 did not let me proceed. In fact, I had to order a factory HP 61 to make the printer work. I used the eraser as the company told me to do, several times and no luck. I wrote to Kogain and they told me to use the eraser again. Well, still no luck. I'm sorry this was not a good solution since paying the high price for HP units is really unfair. Next time I will buy another printer from some other company. Will research the cost of printer cartridges first. I felt I have no customer support from Kogain.Update 1/8/18. Got a message from Kogain. They are sending a new cartridge so I will update when I receive it. Hopefully, this change will take care of the issue. The price sure beats HP.

Ink works but often , every other print cycle ,, i have a error message saying ink is low .. then a GREAT print is printed .. I understand I am not buying OEM NEW cartridges but i dont know how long these will last . Above this post here it wants me to place a STAR value on longevity .. How can anyone do this 1 week later ??? Ask me in a month or 2 if you want a REAL Answer .. Glad this was not a amazone sale as they would never allow a questionable post on something they sell .. I have NO problem so fAR with this seller .. I wish it was easy to get a post to the seller ,,Thank you

We received these cartridges several weeks ago, but didn't try because our previous cartridge was still printing.Today it refused to print so the search first to locate the envelope they came in, then we quickly installed the cartridge....the only problem was figuring out where the cover was and how to lift it off, just afraid we would break something, and printed a test page....and viola....it worked perfect, the printer approved and we were in business again!!! love these cartridges!!! wonderful price and great product!!

I was out of printer ink and when it arrived I immediately put it in my printer and had no problems whatsoever! Easy to install just like a manufacturer cartridge. Prints with no problems and very dark ink! Will buy again!UPDATE - I had only tried the one cartridge after purchasing it and it LASTED A LONG TIME !!!! I was shocked how much printing I got from one cartridge. When I went to replace it with the other one in the order, there was a problem with it. I contacted the seller and they responded at LIGHTNING SPEED and helped correct the problem. One of the BEST SELLERS and BEST DEAL ON INK FOR YOUR PRINTER!!! I will never buy at Staples again!!
