Rat Drain Barrier Non-Return Valve For 4" Clay/Salt Glazed Pipes with S/S Door

Have not fitted yet so will comment later but I will say that someone somewhere is making an a lot of money out of this! I challenge anyone to say this is not overpriced by at least £60! Looks like it should cost no more than £20! If it works most will forgive the price I suppose.

So far so good no more sighting of rat !.
