Keto baked goods come out perfectly!
We absolutely love this silicone pan! We as a family have switched to a ketogenic way of eating and for the last year we keep trying new muffin and cupcake recipes with almond and coconut flours they taste great but they always fall apart coming out of the pan. We switched from stoneware to metal, still sticking. My friend make them and they are perfect! I finally asked how she does it ~ her secret silicone pans! I search for a company that cares as much about the quality and safety of their product as we do our food! This was my number one concern- Above our fda guidelines! This pan was by far the most detailed about all the areas of concern. I love that I got a hand written card thanking us for our purchase! My daughter has been making all sorts of yummys for us and loves it! It was a birthday present for her, she is 14 an loves to bake. Finally pretty treats ~ lesson learned silicone pans are a must for keto baking! Let us know when you develop other styles like a donut pan!

Very easy to use
Very easy to use ! Bought to make flathead bread was much easier to use and clean over metal muffin tins.

Tried (and tried, and tried). Sticks (and sticks, and sticks).
I really, really wanted these pans to work, and hate that I have to drop a one-star review here. Small business, selling something I need, lots of good reviews. Unfortunately ...Round 1: Vegan chocolate peanut butter cupcakes. They stuck to the pan.Okay, fine. Vegan stuff can be weird.Round 2: Classic blueberry muffins. They stuck to the pan (no picture on these, but imagine either pic with vastly more carnage). Tender lovely muffins, mostly left in the pan.Hm. Lots of people are having success with these pans. Muffins had been out of the oven for 20 minutes or so, but not completely cool. Possibly user error.Round 3: Chocolate chip muffins. Oven hot when they went in (as always), left them in there a little longer (as suggested), Let them cool completely (as suggested). Stuck to the pan. These muffins were much sturdier than the blueberry ones, yet they did not "pop right out." And the "push them from the bottom" suggestion did not work, either.Round 3 Control: I also baked four chocolate chip muffins (from the same batch of batter as above, in the oven at the same time) in my ancient 6-cup Wilton silicone pan. Two lifted right out after 20 minutes cooling (muffins and pan still somewhat warm to the touch); other two lifted right out when the pan was completely cool. No push from the bottom, not a speck of stickage. So not the muffins, not the oven, not the cooling (or lack thereof). Therefore the pan.Returned. Bummer. On the plus side, there was NO odor, and they were easy to clean.

No sticking!
I used my large muffin pans to make individual sausage and egg casseroles and they worked great! I did not spray the pans and had no trouble at all getting them out of the pan - they came right out! Clean up was easy and the pans good to work with - not as flimsy as other ones. Definitely recommend them and look forward to using them for a long time!

Work great & pass the pinch test
I twisted these every which way, pinching down to sharp creases, and didn't see the tiniest sign of white. Very happy that these are pure food-grade silicone!I baked a batch of quiche-like egg-based muffins, which are horrendously prone to stick, in some vintage cast iron and three new bakeware items. Here are my test results:1) Vintage cast iron seasoned well and greased. Major error in judgement; had to burn the stuck-on muffin mix off on a grill and will need to totally re-season. Ugh.2) Pantry Elements silicone liners, ungreased - Pantry Elements Silicone Cupcake Liners/Baking Cups, 24-Pack Vibrant Muffin Molds in Storage Jar - worked great, muffins slipped right out, leaving clean wells.3) Calphalon ceramic bakeware, ungreased - Calphalon Signature Nonstick Bakeware 12-Cup Muffin Pan, 2000605 - worked great, muffins slipped right out, leaving clean wells.4) Farm Table Chef muffin and cupcake pan - https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07CSFBG2C/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_64 - worked great, zero sticking, muffins seemed to cook a tad slower, but were also less prone to burn. Will all three of these new bakeware products, used ungreased, my egg-based muffin/quiches which stick to cast iron and steel, slid out as if the cups were greased, leaving not a crumb to stick in the wells of any of the three. Very happy to have all of these muffin pans and liners to add to my baking arsenal. They’ve earned their place in my kitchen for sure!Very happy with this purchase!

Not really impressed
Not really impressed with this product. It's very flimsy (it's complicated getting the pan out of the hot oven since it's not very sturdy) and you still have to spray it since the food still sticks to the cups and even if you spray them really well, the food still ends up sticking and some of the food is ruined. They're not easy to clean in my opinion at all and I would rather buy metal pans than these again. Was looking forward to these, but they didn't turn out like I hoped.

Easy cleanup!
Just used the large size to make egg muffins. They came out of the pan quite easily, so cleanup was a breeze! My non-stick coated pans always had egg sticking to the bottom which made cleanup a hassle. I loved the bright, cheery color (lighter than in my picture). I did use a baking sheet to support the muffin pan while moving it from counter to oven so the contents wouldn’t spill.

Waste of money
I love to bake and have a little one that wants homemade muffins daily for breakfast- I make A LOT of muffins. I was so excited for these to arrive as I am tired of dealing with the hassle of cleaning metal muffin tins. Tonight as I baked muffins, after having them in the oven 5-6 minutes the smoke detector started going off and there was a strange chemical odor coming from the oven. You can see from the pic the muffins were not burned- as they’d only been in 5 minutes or so. I even made a second batch in my metal tins to see if it was something in my oven burning- alas no detector went off when using my trusty old metal muffin tin. These will be recycled as they are unusable and clearly give off chemicals. The one positive- they are a lovely color.
