GOXT 23023 Phone Holder

The only reason I gave it four stars is because the little green rubber feet tend to slip back and it gets harder to attach your phone. It can be remedied by pulling the green rubber feet back towards you with your fingers, but I don’t know why they aren’t permanently attached. Otherwise this is a terrific phone holder and I have tried 4 other ones before I discovered this one. The engineer got 99% right on this one.

I have an iphone 5s, and it fits in here perfectly. I recommend gluing the go-xt to the dash with the peel-and-stick adhesive provided. I believe this improves safe driving. Makes it so much easier to use GPS map apps when your phone is at the bottom of your field of view, just like a Garmin. Much safer in my opinion if you get a call while driving, just a quick glance tells you who it is instead of trying to get your phone out of your pocket or purse. Hands free phone call also much easier with the phone close to eye level. I can just say "hey Siri" and call (although I avoid calling unless urgent). Little clips are provided for clipping to air vents, but I would only use those if you will be using this in rental cars, or many different cars. If you have two cars, just buy two!

Does not fit the iPhone X well. Especially if you have any kind of a case on it even the most minimal case. The packaging is difficult to open, one of those get the kitchen sheers out. So I didn’t return it.

great design. love the mechanical design to attach to the vents unlike the airframe. only 1 problem, it's too small for a larger android smartphone!!!!! this is limited to just iphones!!! to the maker of this product, MAKE A BIGGER ONE! it costs you the same to make a bigger production mold of this product, but you will have the other 50% of the smartphone market!

Does not fit an S5 with even a small protective case. Seems to be made well though. Just wish it had some dimensions to go by.

This is the second one purchased and for some reason, it does not hold the phone as well as the old one did. It still works well but the phone does slip out once in awhile

This thing is Awesome!!! I drill 2 holed in the metal bracket and screw to dash, works like a charm very sturdy and my phone has never dropped out of it.
