Defective product arrived without instructions. On request, Mfg emailed them to me in very vague, unhelpful broken English. The head was loose and wiggled, unable to be tightened. This tool would not cut hot butter in July. After much troubleshooting...on a piece of cardboard... it was determined there was no cutting implement anywhere in the tool.Yes, it was inexpensive, but for the time and effort spent trying to determine the problem, I came out a net loss. Very irritated. Quality control is important, people!

unlike the other reviews, mine did have a cutting wheel and it worked quite welland, like the other reviews, the cutting oil seems to leak out of every joint.

This glass cutter works well, just make sure to practice before using on an expensive piece of glass or mirror.

I followed all instructions and this is a rip off! It BARELY scratched the glass! There is no way this tool “cuts” glass. Don’t waste your money!!!!!

After filling initially leaked oil... the leaking stopped, cool! Tried cutting (many) pieces (also diff glass). It completed maybe an 1/8” score 1x with oil alll over the glass (and I did not fill the entire pencil... so it want over filled) luckily I had another cutter to continue with. Def sending back maybe I got a dud I dont know

After contacting provider ther help was very satisfactory, customer service was excellent.I recommend.

Cuts glass well I also bought the cutting oil.
