Topeak DualSide Cage Pro with Optional Toolbox

Works great, love how you can change which side the bottle goes into, and it helped me get a water bottle on a very small frame.

I had added a small tool bag to my bike frame and lost some room above my standard metal bottle cage, so I decided on this side access cage. I've tested it on a couple of rides so far and already I'm sold - the bottle is easy to get in and out, it fits my standard plastic bike bottle perfectly, it feels pretty rugged, I can't find any downsides to it. Per the specs on the Amazon page, it can be reversed for right- or left-handed use; it's made from an engineering grade polymer (not metal); it's has flex but enough grip to hold the bottle securely; it's made for bottle diameters from 72 to 75 mm (2 13/16 to 2 15/16 inches). Overall, it works well for me, and I'd buy it again.

Very secure. Works great if you have low mounting points and you can easily flip sides.

Topeak is a name brand known for good quality bike accessories, and though this cage is all plastic, the construction is reasonably solid yet lightweight. Unlike some other cages that I've used, this design securely holds 16.9 oz. (0.5 liter) disposable water bottles, as well as similarly narrow plastic or metal ones (but unfortunately, not wider bottles that are insulated). The bottom platform prevents the bottle from slipping downward, while the wrap-around cage is stiff and curved enough to prevent accidental escape from the side. An optional small toolkit can be screwed into the bottom of the platform, but I didn't order it, so can't comment on the quality or usefulness. Water bottles can be inserted/removed from the top or the side, with installation optimized for right-hand or left-hand use by removing the cage from the spine and reversing it before screwing onto the bike frame. The one I received was already positioned for right-hand use. The cage looks stylish, and the black plastic goes with any frame color scheme. Two installation screws were included, though most bikes already have them in their frames, but it's nice to have spares.

Nice bottle cage, fits a Camelbak Podium Chill 21oz securely! I had been looking for a solution to mount a bottle cage on my XS frame Liv Embolden (no mounts on this frame size) and ordered a King Cage Top Cap mount to try out. This Topeak bottle cage works perfect with it! Yes, it's meant for side entry (can pop the surround out and mount either left or right entry), but the adjustability of the screw slots let me move it farther forward than another bottle cage I had (Cannondale Regrip). This allows me to finally have a bottle mounted on this bike, but keep it out of the way as well! I've had good luck with Topeak products before, so I have no doubt this bottle cage should last as well. It seems very sturdy, but it isn't too heavy either.

Nice, strong bottle holder that seems to be of much better quality than the one it’s replacing. My water bottle is Just a little too big which stressed the old one pretty bad and after a couple of months it ended up breaking right at the mounting area. I can already tell that this one isn’t going to have that problem. For one the size is much better and doesn’t stretch it nearly as much but where it does flex it doesn’t seem to bother it much at all. Time will tell but I am pretty confident in this one!

This is a well made water bottle holder. It's made of metal which is nice, and it provides some tension on the bottle which is great to keep your bottle in place even on rough terrain. Installation is very easy and it should fit any standard bike set up. It fits a wide variety of water bottles as well. Overall, I'm very happy with this for my MTB

It looks like a great holder but I should’ve measured. I expected it to be larger based upon imaging. My fault for assuming. I’d wanted to fit a small yeti type bottle in it. It is pretty stiff so I’m not sure how well your basic Aquafina type bottle would hold up to being placed/removed from it. I kinda feel like that bottle is going to get destroyed after a couple times.
