I brought this as the product specification said 'gluten free'. however when it arrived the packaging clearly reads 'may contain traces of gluten'. I don't think this is acceptable. The product should be clearly labelled as 'May contain gluten' on Amazon if this is the case. My partner has had to use this as he is not coeliac like me. The things he bakes look great and he is happy with the taste. I just mix it with water and sieve- but you’ll need a fine mesh cloth for this as the powder is very fine.
