Lasted 18 months
Gonna write this since it's come to the end of it's lifespan, and I can point out some things I noticed from using it.After about 18 months, it finally got shredded by a gust of wind. Which is exactly how the last one died.UV/Sun Bleaching: I noticed after about a year, the top of the canvas had been badly bleached by the sun, despite the product being advertised as having UV protection, the top of the tent was off-white color with just a hint of green. Now that doesn't bother me too much since what's important is the part you see from ground level, not from the top window of your house. But I noticed that it was drying out and getting brittle.Sizing: It took a while to get it to fit the frame I had, the cross-beams that kept the second tier stable didn't want to fit where the corners met, eventually after lots of shoving and yanking, we managed to get it on.Grommet placing: I've had this issue with every tent I've used, even the originals that came with the frames I got, but the grommets are too far in, which causes heavy pooling of water when it rains, and therefore results in the tent sagging along the edges. They would have been better closer to the frames.Fastening: The nylon velcro straps used to hold the tent to the frame really needed better stitching, on two of them, they had pretty much detached from the tent, and several others actually tore rips into the tent. Unfortunately because of this, the wind actually caused the bad stitching to rip the tent down the front and along the entire crossbeam, resulting in me having to trash it.3/5 because it did last longer than my other tents, but it was still cheaply made and fell apart.

the size worked out perfectly and very easy to install
As far as replacing the one we had, the size worked out perfectly and very easy to install. The only reasons this is not receiving the full 5 stars is because the color fades easily. It started out with a nice deep green, only to fade a boring beige/khaki hue within 6 months. For the most part it has withstood some heavy rain, hot and dry temps, and high winds but starting to tear in a few areas which have been patched up with Gorilla Tape.. Other than the fading and tearing, it provides the shade we need.

Gazebo Canopy Replacement
Ordered the canopy late one night and it arrived in less than 2 days. Was surprised and pleased. It is a little large for the framework of my old gazebo. I wish it had more velcro straps to anchor it down cause it sure blows around and the corners fly up over the frame. I plan to somehow tie down the corners and tighten it up as well. Don't know how I can snug up the little vent canopy on the very top.The gromets are nice for the rain to drain off, rather than pool and weigh down the canopy and frame.Thank you...I am glad to have it.

Excellent replacement canopy
It fits my 10x10 Home Depot gazebo frame perfectly. It has grommets along the bottom to help drain the top after rain but they would work better if there were additional velcro strips near each one to pull the canopy taut. The corners also could use more velcro to keep them from turning inside out when the wind blows. I love the color - a nice rich forest green - and the top has an attached screen that keeps flying insects from coming in the top. Overall, this was a good purchase and I would buy from this seller again.

Couldn't be more disappointed
This is the 3rd replacement canopy I've purchased for this gazebo, and definitely the poorest quality. It is too big, although it claims to be designed for a 10 X 10 structure. There are an insufficient number of tie-downs which will inevitably cause the few tie-downs that there are to fail. And no tie-downs at all at the corner posts - so the corners of the cover are constantly blowing up in the air and do not stay down over the posts where they should be. The top tier is approximately 6" taller than the structure, so that there is no peak on top of the gazebo - but just a pile of material. The mosquito netting between the tiers is approximately 6" wide, while the structure has a 3" rise, so the netting just lies on the lower tier in a pile as well. The density of the fabric is so thin, that it provides no cooling effect at all, and in fact creates more of an oven effect under the gazebo. I would not buy this product again, and caution others that all 'Two-tiered Gazebo Canopies' are not created equal. One other point - although my order says it was shipped from MTN Super Outlets, that is not what was reflected on the shipping label on the box.

Very nice color, a true green
Very nice color, a true green. The fabric is good quality. The fit was good for the gazebo we purchased a few years ago from Kohl's. The flap that comes down over the edges is a little short and not too fitted but the grommets that are built into the canopy should keep water from pooling along the edges. Very good quality for the money!

Like the color
Corners do not stay down, It does not fit very well. We will not be taking it off when it rains and did not spray it to make it water proof. There should be more grommets. Like the color. Will know more if and when it rains. Service was great. It came right away
