Hard to tell if these help or not. Since they aren't refrigerated and sat in a hot delivery truck, are any microorganisms still alive? Who knows. It's good they include fiber, which acts as a prebiotic.

Great Vegan Probiotic, Works Good
I love that the probiotics are vegan and the capsules are easy to take. I felt they helped with my digestion and worked great. I started just taking one a day and when I took two I felt relief and liked what was happening and proceed with that amount going forward. I would recommend highly, they work really good for me. Thank you!

Go slow
I have used these probiotics intermittently over the past couple of months and I can say that it does help improve digestive regularity. I would caution you to GO SLOW and start out taking this every other day or every few days because it can work a little too well, too fast, if you catch my drift.This probiotic blend is supposed to contain Akkermansia, which is reported to be one of the rarer probiotic strands that assists with healthy weight management. I have heard that due to difficulties in keeping the strain alive (requires specific conditions) it has been difficult to make this kind of probiotic widely available in mass produced probiotic blends. For this reason, I do question if there is live Akkermansia in this non-refrigerated capsule form - however there’s no way for me to confirm whether this is true or not. Regardless, this has largely helped my overall and digestive health.I’ll note that this marketed as a women’s probiotic that helps with vaginal health/feminine hygiene. Haven’t noticed any changes here, but I also didn’t really have problems either so no opinion of this claim (though I noticed frequent misspellings in some of their online literature).I think this is a generally effective probiotic, but I question some of the claims made on their marketing materials.
