This wireless system works great as you can basically plug it in where ever you are. We also ordered four rechargeable 18650 batteries (not included) which allows us to use these unplugged for a couple days without needing to plug it in. So if our daughter is out in the backyard playing, she brings it with her, puts it on the patio furniture and we an get a hold of her if needed. The full duplex system is very clear and has great range. You can call a single intercom station at a time, or all of them. They are pretty easy to learn to use. We put some labels on them so we can identify the area of the house we want to keep it in and not mix them up since they are portable.Overall this is a great value for an intercom system. ### ⭐⭐ Cannot hear them *by A***R on February 18, 2025* Features are less impressive than expected, but the biggest problem is that you can hardly hear the other person. You can only hear them if they are right there talking into the thing, and even then not very well. I just missed the return window, unfortunately. So I will use it to "call" my kids upstairs, but not so much for talking back and forth. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Sound Quality *by E***E on September 8, 2024* These are super easy to install and get working. They come with the outlet plugs and wires you’ll need to provide power to them until you can get some 18650 rechargeable batteries for them. Once you get the rechargeable batteries, you can just insert the battery and the intercom will charge them using the same cable. The sound quality of these units seems to be nice and crisp despite the cheap plastically shell of the units. I use them around the office to quickly communicate with other staff without needing to pick up the phone. Just press the number of the device you want to reach and it will ring them like a real phone. /to program, just hold the number you want that device to be until it beeps.
