The jar was very easy to open and get what is needed. The plus it does have a moisture absorber in it to help the capsule stay dry.I find them easy to swallow and having no after taste.While taking them I have noticed less bloating and I do sleep better. I also take them at night because they made me sleepy.Please note, that is not a listed side effect and could 100% be how my body responds to it.I wake up feeling like a great night's rest.I can't say if it helped with any weight loss but stress reduction yes. Bloating yes! (I had my tubes tied years ago and found myself bloated more this really helped with that)

I have struggled with muscle tension for years. I’m someone who stores any kind of stress in my body. You wake up, feel refreshed and the calm feeling stays over you hours into the morning. Been an absolute game changer!

Day one I noticed a difference in feeling calm, there's no sense of urgency with bowel removal but it is increased beyond the norm for me. I slept much better and just an overall sense of peace. I only drink one cup of coffee a day and water...no stimulants...so base your results on intake.

I started taking this supplement for many reasons. I think it doesn't work immediately like any other supplements you have to take them for several weeks to start feeling the effects. I hope these help me with the multiple conditions as they are not a cure for the symptoms or emotional patters we as humans go through. If at least they help I will be satisfied. Great price for quantity.

Not alot of help thought I would try something new will go back to my old brand can't even waking up multiple times a night.

If you take them everyday, they actually are helping! Took a few weeks to notice but they are helping and don’t cause any side effects!

I’m glad to read this is working for others. I just got it and took the first pill and it made me awfully nauseated within an hour. The next day I violently threw up about an hour after taking it. I think it’s just not for me.
