Calphalon® Ceramic Nonstick 12-pc. Cookware Set

Very sturdy and so far, good non stick surface. Very easy to clean and great value for the money.

Love, love, love this cookware! Nothing sticks, pans heat evenly and are very attractive. I initially thought the handles would get hot, but they don’t. My only wish would be that the small fry pan had a lid to fit it.

Very happy with this cookware so far. Have had it for a few months now and it looks like new. Nonstick is amazing. Handles get a little hot near the pan/pot but are not too hot at the end. We are very happy with this purchase.

I am a very serious cook and have been a loyal Calphalon user for many years. This purchase was a serious disappointment. I have only used the small skillet....my old one had served me for many years but was finally wearing out. You had to buy two skillets in order to get the small one. This new one stained the first time I used it....black marks which could only be removed by Magic Eraser. The bottom also developed marks from contact with the clean stove grate. That too needs Magic Eraser to clean each time. The pan weighs much less than the one I had before, making it less stable on the burner. Lastly, the "stay cool" handle gets hot....not hot enough to burn you but hot enough to make you use a glove.

These pans are really nice. All but one is nonstick. The larger pans non stick has started to come off so now things do stick to it but the others work great and are easy to clean

I've had our Calphalon® Ceramic Nonstick 12-pc. Cookware Set for about a month and I can truely say this is non-stick cookware. I have dry-fried several differnet foods, including eggs, without them sticking. Any minor carbonization is quickly and easily cleaned. With a minimum amout of bacon grease, about an 1/8 of atps., I can loosen the edges of fried eggs and swirl them in the pan. I could not with my Gothic Steel cook set. The long handles stay cool as do the lid hadles. The slotted lids and pour spouts make drain vegetables and pasta easy and safe. They show no signs of scratching from using metal utensils. Time will tell how dishwasher compatable they are. Definitately worth the money.

These are really good pans nothing sticks in them. It passed the scrambled egg test with an A+. They are a great deal worth the price.
