Better at keeping ice… ice than Yeti ever dreamed of being. And it’s Titanium.
I started my day at 0930 with a liter of iced tea plus what was in my Keith Titanium Vacuum Insulated Tumbler and snacks in a cooler bag prepared for a long wait at the dealership while my car was serviced. I should’ve brought lunch because it was a long and boring wait and my healthy snacks didn’t outlast my tea.I returned at 1800-ish with quite a bit of ice and having refilled my cup with tea twice. This was on an 82 degree day, stuck in traffic, moonroof open to the hot sun beaming down on my Keith Titanium Vacuum Insulated Tumbler and it had no quit in its keeping my beverage ice cold.Admittedly I am a huge Keith Titanium fan and have a vast collection of Keith products ranging from their table & cookware to their titanium camp stool and everything in-between. I have never purchased a single Keith product and been disappointed. This tumbler is nearly perfect, and while I’m not going to gig them on this, I would like to see the size increase by a few more ounces. It falls shy of 20oz. It would hit the sweet spot at around 24oz in my opinion. It’s still perfect, even if I have to refill it often because at least I can be confident I won’t have to refill the ice!

Keeps drinks cold without any retained flavors
I'm not focused on the lightweight characteristics, but rather the performance and the material. I'm really aware of scent and taste absorption of stainless steel and plastics. The Yeti tumbler works really well for keeping things cold or hot, but it's really hard to get all the odors out of it, no matter how much you scrub. Oddly, the plastic lid is actually pretty easy to get completely odor free. I can also always taste the steel after a drink has been in the tumbler for more than 5 minutes. I'm not a fan of that. The Keith Titanium version doesn't retain anything. No odors, no tastes, and it doesn't matter how long something is in it. Titanium is really non-reactive, and you can't taste it.A bonus I've found is that the Yeti magnetic slide lids fit fine on the Keith. I wasn't very impressed by the included lid with the rubber plug and small hole that is intended for a straw only. I swapped it for my 20oz Yeti mag slide lid, and it's perfect.
