Ordered 3X, I sized up in case they were "foreign" sizing. these are UNDERWEAR, not shorts to work out in. but I bought them to use for underwear, so no problem. Material substantial. 92% cotton; 8% spandex. Purchased navy. Fit very well - glad I sized up. No "regular" crotch; just seams. I would definitely order again.
