Amazing little gadget.
This is an amazing little gadget. It took a while for me to figure out. You have to push the switch up to unlock it and then push down at the bottom of the switch (not the top) to make it light. It will stay on for more than 10 seconds so that you can light your candle, but they recommend that you try not to so that you do not overheat the unit. It is really quite amazing. I think I will get these as Christmas gifts in December!

Works ok but not reliable long-term
Lasted about 18 months for me then just stopped working. While it worked, it was fine, my only complaint being that a charge didn’t last very long. If used daily, I would have to charge it at least once a week.

For everything else it's perfect.
I wish the neck was just an inch or two longer and the head slightly smaller in diameter. It's a little tricky to use on a gas grill. For everything else it's perfect.

Good product at a reasonable price
I use this for lighting a propane burner. It is far superior to any other type of lighter that I have tried.
