I'm actually disappointed with Zmodo and their sister companies. Their products used to be great but they seemed to not have changed much over the years. Regardless of price, this product does not work up to par. I have it near my front door to keep eye on who comes by. I cannot install a doorbell cam as the architecture and material of my home does not provide a cost efficient matter. I needed a discreet cam with 2 way audio.Pros-Cam is small, discreet, and black.-Good cable length for provided power.-Great design.Cons-Night motion detection only picks up vehicle motion and not foot traffic.-Cam is advertised as 1080p but I do not see a difference from a 720p cam. Image is grainy.-Speaker and mic volume low; even after adjusting cam speaker volume.Bottom line, this will make an ok camera if you're looking to keep an eye on paint dry. If you need security cameras though, I would suggest you save your money and look elsewhere'

This camera was a big disappoint as was the customer support. I purchased it b/c I have 2 outdoor Zmodo (sister company to Me Share) cameras that are excellent. I debated btwn this and a Wyze cam and went this route b/c I thought it would be easier to have one app and assumed that the Me Share would be good like Zmodo. WRONG! Couldn't even get the camera to connect. Spent nearly 45minutes on customer support chat and got nowhere. Only thing I learned (with my own thoughtfulness to ask the question) was that all of the cameras needed to connect to same WiFi to be supported on the app under same user. Which doesn't work for me b/c my outdoor cams have their own dedicated WiFi. When I questioned support about this, she went back and forth about that being the case and never answered me one way or the other as fact. She then kept repasting the instructions to connect and never offered any real solutions. The outcome resulted in them telling me to initiate a return of the item and a long list of directions to send it back to them for replacement. I said no thank you! Purchased with Prime and sent it right back next day and rcvd refund immediately. I have now ordered the Wyze and should have done that to begin with... fingers crossed it doesn't give me this kind of hassle.

The pictures and video quality for this camera a fantastic in my home. My rooms are not that large so everything is clear and in focus. Night shots are also pretty good because my home is pretty small. I can see that the night images start to fade out on the far side of the room or degrade pretty significantly on the periphery of camera.The software and the security of the login is where I would like to see some improvements. But this camera is no worse than my video doorbell. It seems that all of the available devices assume that only one person lives in the home and when there is more than one there is no way to set the home/away to keep track of whether or not someone is home. This leads to many, many alerts when the main phone is away and everyone else is home.

Don't know what's wrong with this thing. I installed and reinstalled it to my router several times. It works only a fraction of the time and never when I need it. And I worry about allowing the china vendor full access to my network. I was recently hacked and have my suspicions

First off, the customer service is terrible. But setting up the camera itself, is even WORSE. I spent several hours with the “simple” set up on the app. Completely useless. I was told “You have to contact you internet provider”. Before he cut the live chat from me.Like “meShare” is the ONLY home security business out there.

I now have 3 of the MeShare cameras, mostly so my husband and I can watch our dog while we aren't home. So far we are very happy with them! We can talk to our dog (or each other) if we want to and it picks up audio. The only downside is that it doesn't record everything that happens, so there's some gaps in the videos but I'm assuming that's because I opted not to buy the cloud service. Since I'm not using this for any super-important security reasons, I don't mind; I'm just seeing what goes on when I'm not there! Would definitely recommend!

of the three I bought only one works the plu is so fragile that only to try to plug the cableminto the camera breaks it. Not on one but on two, only the first one I bought worked, and I don't dare to unplug it. Good cpncept but it looks like made in CHINA, BY THE WAY THAT'S WHERE IT WAS BUILT.

Easy installation, works without issues. Sometimes connection issues with camera located furthest away from the wifi router.Video is clear. Sound for inside camera is very weak. Don't expect people or pets to hear you unless it's co pletely quiet.Wish outside cameras had two way audio.Wish there was a solar powered version as well.
