Best investment and wish I would have pulled the trigger sooner. I sit a lot for work and started to get numbness in my leg and unfortunately would cause me to lose my footing when walking causing me to lose my balance. Just got this yesterday and have been using through out the past 2 days. I already feel a difference in my legs from keeping them moving and for the first time in over a month, my numbness was nearly gone. Definitely worth the investment to keep circulation moving for those of us who sit all day for work to prevent health issues down the road

As it is under my desk, it is, unlike my treadmill that just SITS across the room. I use the elliptical all the time. I don't even bother with "am I going to do it?" It is simply handy and instant and I am using it several times a day. Since I have been using it I am not needing to take my Gabapentin at night for RLS...that is really good. I just put my feet on it and it does its thing. The motion is jerky at times, and not as smooth and steady as I would expect. I have NEVER been able to do the Bicycle thing, it hurts my knees...this goes forward and backward and is no pain impact...but it is working my legs and I really like it. It warms me up to USE MY TREADMILL. If I were to buy it again I think I would increase the quality of the product...but this is a reasonable price and I am satisfied...I love that the Remote has its own pocket actually ON THE MACHINE...it doesn't get mixed up or lost...it has its own spot on the machine. It is a good design and for the price, I would recommend it.
