Great Product and it did work with my other vitamins. I did lose weight with it! It does not work overnight. It took a couple of weeks to kick in and when it did it did work great!

They did not meet my standards. Extreme constipation which isn't a healthy side effect at all. No real change in serotonin levels. I have tried 2 other products and this one I would not recommend. Sorry.
