I've only been using these for a few weeks now, but I really like them. my nose gets inflamed very easily and it affects my sleep besides causing snoring. I can tell I sleep better the nights I use these. While I've never been diagnosed with sleep apnea, I've been told my doctors that chances are very good that I have it. I haven't done a sleep study because insurance won't cover it. These have helped improve my quality of sleep allowing me to feel more restful in the morning. I love how discrete they are.That being said, they did take a few times for me to get used to. They are comfortable and never woke me up. My throat was not used to having so much oxygen coming at one time, so it would get dry and scratchy the first few nights. Once my body adjusted to it, all that went away.My only complaint is that they don't exist in a form that can be worn without being noticed all day long. :)

It works for what it’s worth... if you have a deviated septum forget about it... although it does say you can cut it down to make it fit more fully, however if you’re not careful you’ll scratch your nose up... BBBUUUUTTTT the snoring did stop

These devices are comfortable, you get used to them easily. They help with snoring, but do not completely solve the problem. I tend to snore in spurts -- a few days or weeks here and then maybe a few months later it might start up for a while again. But during one snoring spree, it seemed to stop the snoring some nights, reduce its volume on others, and not do much on other nights.So this is a great help in making the problem better. The Mrs. only has to leave for another room on occasion.

I am the one who snores in our household, not my husband, so of course he has to give me a hard time lol. I, also tend to sleep with my mouth open due to my nose being congested. I used the smallest one in the container and had to trim it a little. Which was easy to do. As soon as I put it in I noticed a difference. It just opened my nasal passages right up! It does take a little getting used to it but it works very well!

I purchased these anti snoring nose vents to help my breathing at night. I usually sleep with my mouth closed and have a hard time getting a restful nights sleep because of nasal swelling. For some reason night time is when I have breathing issues and I read reviews that this product may help. I am happy to report it works wonderfully. This is a comfortable, inexpensive fix to a problem that I have had for many years. I wish I would have discovered these a long time ago! The material they are made out of is very soft and flexible. After you have it in your nose for a few minutes you will forget it's even there! It is amazing how much easier it is to breathe with them in! I highly recommend this item to everyone who has breathing or snoring issues. They are easy to put in place and easy to remove! They even come with a few sizes and a little plastic case to keep them in. I will be bringing them with me when I travel as well!

My husband has used these for 2 nights and I just wanted to share my thoughts. This are pretty good. He usually snores really loud but these little things make it so peaceful!! Yes he still snores a little bit but nothing like he used too. I just hope he continues to use them! He has a whole container of them of diffrent sizes for comfort.

All snorer out there, this is the one. I bought few from different seller on amazon, but this seller chin strap more quality, soft material, and more elastic. And thanks for the ebook, I learned a lot of knowledge on how to reduce snoring. Thanks !
