**Q: can it by used in the U S A**
A: I have this very reliable easy to use phone here in Canada while on holiday and it works well--I just signed up to Orange's international plan which I am sure is available from other providers.  You would need to check with a US provider if you wanted to use a US sim card in it though....

A: Is your sim card still valid, is it damaged at all? Perhaps you could try another sim card in the phone, if same happens, then it s likely the phone is faulty, if not, then your o2 sim card is likely the problem.

**Q: Will a micro sim card work in this mobile?**
A: Micro or nano sim will work but you have to make it standart size (put in a frame) as it takes standart old size sim.
