Great bike for the price. The instructions to put it together are not the best in some sections but it wasn't too hard to put together. If the fender does not perfectly align with the the wheel, try to remember it's thin metal.... Just bend it to the right spot it's not hard. Some of you nit pick the dumbest things.

This is a very well put together bike and quite sturdy. Be advised: That it comes with a price: it's also very heavy (40lbs) For that reason, I found it difficult to ride. I'm 74 yrs old, so neither my balance nor my upper body strength are as good as they once were, which made it difficult to keep upright and heavy to pick up once it went over the "tipping point". With that in mind, I purchased some "adult training wheels" and will start learning all over again. It shifted smoothly and assembled relatively easily, despite a lack of clarity on the part of the directions.

Very good quality but assembly instructions is out of the earth (not easy) may be some helpful in video that was in website. Break gave me hard time to assemble and I end up taking to bike shop.

It’s perfect! I have not rode a bike in years and when I got on it, it is such an easy going bike. For those over 40 - get it and get your youth back 😊

Super mid bike. The handlebar creaks when I’m riding and exerting upward pressure on the handlebar. Overall it’s decent though just don’t expect to buy the cheapest bike on Amazon and get a stellar bike. It works and is a good budget vehicle.

Great customer service. We had missing parts, (accidents happen) this company stepped right in with solutions and backed their product! Nice to know they can be trusted, I would recommend them to family and friends.The bike is great! My daughter loves it!.

This has been the worst experience ever. Assembling the bike was a nightmare. The instructions are horrendous. When it was finally done, the shifting is off. 2nd gear is actually 1st gear, so on an so forth. Literally none of the gears were correct. To be clear, there are no instructions telling me I need to mess with the derailleur. My option is to return it, or spend $90 more dollars at bike shop getting it fixed. I’m so annoyed.

This bike was easy to build, especially with the video on the product page. All of the parts were in the box. A clean looking bike.The tool they provided for the nuts warped and made the ending for the break lines unusable. For some reason the chain slips a lot while peddling in 1st and 2nd gear, not a very comfortable ride. Front tire also a bit off center so it’s vaguely wobbly.It’s going to work, but I don’t see this bike lasting very long. Go to the store and buy a bike built by someone that will ensure quality of the product.
