I have been suffering with chronic sinusitis for aroun 8 years. I have had surgery - it didn't help. I get very ill around every 6 weeks and wake up permanently horrible in the sinuses. UNTIL I met this bad boy. Third bottle now and I LOVE it. I havn't been ill since I started. On a day to day basis my sinuses are much much better. If I were to get infected like I usually do i am sure this reduces it. It burns when you spray it but I kind of like the feeling of something actually "working". It's natural, so it's safe to keep using. Seriously I have tried steroid sprays, surgery, a million different tablets, horseradish, hot drinks, spicey food, steaming and the list goes on. Finally I am in more control. I use a combo of irrigation with salt water, this spray and nose strips at night (traditionally meant for snoring but it keeps my nasal passage flowing freely with air).
