A bit big for carrying around but does a good job and can cut multiples at once. I like how it adjusts width. Good value!

It's a good pill cutter. The blade is hidden and only comes out as you press down, saving yourself from accidentally getting cut, and anybody who has used knives to cut pills knows that it can sometimes be a dangerous habit. The blade is sharp and cuts well although it will of course dull over time as it is used more and more. The internal, adjustable silicone grips work well to hold the pills in place. My only complaint is sometimes when raising the lid and opening it back up it gets kind of stuck for some reason. You can just close it a little and fudge with it some to get it unstuck. It's an easy process but does happen every once in awhile. Not enough to be annoying or take a star away, just something to note. Overall a fine product that works well.

This does not accurately cut pills in half. It curt 1/4 and 3/4.
