Do not waste your money. I'm 5'10", 195 lbs. I ordered a Large since that's what I wear for shirts/undershirts/underarmor/etc. and when I got it, it was laughably small. I barely got it on and it was legitimately a belly tank. It came down to my belly button and no further. The Large was MAYBE a small at best. My wife tried it on and it barely fit her and she regularly wears a women's medium.This is pretty much trash and I tossed $13 out the window. Truly awful product.

I found this gym vest good in preserving body heat which help in more sweating during workout. I have been using this for almost a month and it has really helped me to push my workouts. The only thing I am not happy about this product is that it’s size is not accurately described. I am around 6 ft tall and I generally require large size vest but I bought this in XXL size. I would say order 1 or 2 size extra to your normal size vest.

This is awesome. I never used this kind of shirt to a gym. I feels really good and hot wearing it. Could have given 5 stars has the sizing been correct. I m XL size guy, ordered a XXXL going through other reviews. But I would say, order XXXXL for correct fit.

I very much like the product, I put it on for less than a minute and I could feel that my body was starting to get hot and sweaty, I am a size large but I purchased a size medium so that it could be tied to my skin and it fits perfectly. I am able to do all sorts of workouts. I believe it will do the job of helping me lose that baby fat that I have. I recommend this to people who want to lose weight

I have to admit, I am extremely satisfied and higly impressed with my new "sweat vest" ! Before this purchase I had bought an identical item from another company (Kewlio). The vest did not weather the wash well and was ruined, I immediately called to find a resolution as there were no "how to care for" instructions on tags.... They did nothing to resolve the problem but offer a 10% off (which is standard wit each purchase) I felt like they were not there to keep customers satisfied. Came to my number #1 online shopping outlet - Amazon found this, purchased, upon delivery and usage I am a happy customer.

I use this all the time is really a good product, specially when i am at the gym or riding my bike.

Much better products out there for a little more money. Two washes and 1 of the 2 I bought the insides that make you sweat stuck together and tore when separating. Shirts worked before this, but why pay less when you get barely any uses. Bought a more expensive one 2 weeks before this and that one still works great. Just ordered 2 more of them.

Certainly holds to the body and maximizes sweat in relevant areas. Good workout companion.DO NOT USE DRYER. The heat will damage it...obviously.Air dry
