Used it on the backsplash in my kitchen. It worked incredibly well and everything is holding strong months later. Work in small sections. We found it better to run the roll up and down between uppers and counter. It was much easier to control and pull the paper off when necessary. We used tile spacers and it was so much nicer than when they get stuck in the mortar and you have to try to dig them out without cracking a tile. These were handmade and many more were broken than we anticipated, so not worrying about errors in the mortar was a relief.

I used Musclebound adhesive for a Talavera tile tabletop project and was extremely impressed with the performance. The adhesive was easy to apply, and provided strong initial grab, which helped keep the tiles from sliding while positioning them. It bonded beautifully to my table surface and the backs of the tiles, and everything feels very solid and extremely secure. I also really liked not having to mix mortar — No motor dry time, so I could grout immediately - it made the project cleaner and way faster to complete. If you’re working on decorative tile, furniture projects, or any tile installs, this adhesive works amazingly well and is very user-friendly. I will absolutely purchase it again to do my backsplash project.

Never used this before and seriously wish I had. Extremely easy to use , I used regular subway tile and then grouted . I could not be more impressed with the quality and ease of use . Game changer for easy no mess tile installation

I installed mosaic tile backsplash that came in sheets that had the mesh backing, and I used this product to make it happen. It works great! I was skeptical about purchasing this product because most of the reviews showed larger subway like tiles and I wasn’t sure if it would work as well with my choice of backsplash. I didn’t want to deal with messy mortar then also messy grout later on so I decided to give it a try. I was concerned about the almost styrofoam like texture of the product, but forged ahead with my project despite my reservations. I was pleasantly surprised! The product was easy to use, cut simply with scissors and held the heavy sheets of backsplash amazingly! After applying the sheets to the mat I used a grout float to stamp and hold the backsplash to maximize the bond. All the tiles remained in place! I followed the instructions and made sure to dry off my backsplash after making cuts with the wet saw. You can also grout immediately after application which was great! I installed the backsplash about a year ago and I waited to give a review to see if it held up over time! It certainly has! No issues, no fallen tiles. I feel like if people didn’t experience good results, it’s user error. Avoid applying to textured or uneven walls, make sure to prep and clean the wall area, follow the instructions and press and hold tiles with firm pressure for a strong bond.

It was okay. Your walls need to be very clean or it will not stick. Its is very easy to manage. I think the price is high but if you follow all instructions it should be good.

I was skeptical about this but I watched a couple utube installs and ordered some. It’s really easy to use without the hassle of using the messy method. Stick it on wall press or roller it to adhere it then peel off the other side and put tile in place carefully then if you’re sure it’s where you want press tile firmly and it’s on its way. Make sure it’s the right spot because when you press tile on it will only give you seconds and it is hard to remove.

Saw this and thought to myself, easy DIY for my barn kitchen. Applied it directly to a 6”x24” SLATE tile (heavy) and then applied it directly to painted plywood behind the butcher block countertop. It’s been a week, and it’s still sticking, no separation whatsoever. I haven’t sealed it yet, nor did I caulk it yet. Had a party and sealed my countertop with an oil that is on the slate, but that will go away. Not sure how the adhesive will fair during the cold Montana Winter, but no one will be in there and therefor no heat on, so we’ll see.. For now and the party I had in there, it worked beautifully and I’m very impressed with this product. Would, at this time a week into having installed the stone tile, highly recommend!

Works great. Used this for a small project tiling over an existing formica backsplash. Very easy to use.

This is great for a novice like me and it is very clean compared to tile adhesive. I feel like my tiles will stay in place thanks to the strong adhesion on both sides of the mat.

Works wonders and no fumes or mess! I used it on my kitchen backsplash and only peeled off small sections as I was cutting tile and placing it. Can take as many breaks as you need in between with this amazing product!
