Works, but not for gigabit networks.
Unsure if they work or not. I attempted to use on a gigabit network, which most splitters won't work. I was only able to get one leg at a time to work. The product makes no claims to support gigabit networks. My legacy products did work, but my high-speed equipment did not.

Good product
I use this cable to split two devices from one port, and have not experienced any loss of speed. High quality product. Easy to use.

Waste of Money
These splitters didn't work. I recently got a new modem with only 2 ethernet ports. I purchased 2 of these splitters in hopes of connecting all for ethernet wires that I run. Unfortunatly, they could not read or connect to the modem so I had to buy an 8 port switch.

Function not as described.
The item does not maintain signal strength and WATCH OUT, some how without being published is not eligible for return. What is up with this AMAZIN, letting seller not be responsible for bad products.

This is a common piece I needed for my home network. It meets my expectations and has a great price point.

Does Not Work.
I bought this because my new router only has 2 ethernet ports when I needed 3. One or both of the ports are not working. I only say it is possibly both ports because I suspect our one computer is actually working off our wifi connection and the other item plugged in can't be tested besides yes or no its receiving a signal. Which it is not.
