Have been using for several months now and noticed that the hair that does grow back is finer then before. I can go a few days without having to shave my legs now. Also don't have to shave pits but 1x a week. I have started to use in my facial hair and also noticed it is finer and taking longer to grow back. Will continue to use as instructed for a few more months.

I've done laser hair remover treatments at a salon before and it did work but the hair came back about a year later because I didn't do any up-keep because of the price of each visit. I saw someone use an IPL remover at home and now they don't have to shave more than once a month which is amazing. I took a chance getting this because I was scared it was going to hurt but....Good news - it doesn't hurt at ALL. Used it on my BF first because he's my guinea pig and he said it had zero pain, then i used it on my arm and he was right! It feels warm on the skin at level 1 but thats about it. I went through each level on him 1-5 and he said its absolutely doable to do with out feeling any pain which is great! I will update after 8 weeks as thats how long they say you will see the full effects of less hair.Happy with this purchase would recommend to people scared of lasers. I will be using this on my full body and also my boyfriends back LOL

I was skeptical. I've had laser hair removal on my underarms and parts of my legs/bikini lines. The underarms was mostly permanent, but the legs/bikini was not at all. I hate appointments and pouring money down the drain so I was interested to try a home version, but again, not interested in spending hundreds on it. I figured I could try this one until the return date and if there were no results I could send it back. Well I'm keeping it. I did my left side only at first to truly compare if there would be a difference. I've probably done 6-7 sessions on my left leg and there's a noticeable difference between legs so now I'm doing catch up on my right. Also treated my underarms to get the few stray hairs that come in now and then. I'm happy! FYI I use setting 9 and give it 2-3 zaps before moving on to the next spot. I would expect using the lowest settings wouldn't do much, if anything at all. It feels a little rubber band snappy like it did at the med spas. I have light skin and dark hair on the areas I'm treating.

It does but in my case my hairs are thick and black and grow so fast, I’ve been using this 2/3 times per week since 3 months ago and I saw the first results after the week 10.2. What to expect: If you have thick and abundant hair like me, you have to be very consistent and avoid shaving if you are NOT going to get laser hair removal, try to only shave if you are going to do it, you will see that it starts to grow slower and then you will have patches or areas where the hair grows slower or does not grow at all. But it takes a LONG time, at least two months.3. Does it hurt? Not really, in my case I used the level 5 since the first use until now cause I have a very good pain resistant, but you would feel just warm, activate the cold mode is a great idea.4. How long would take do a full body? In my case an hour cause I really try to cover all the space to have good results.5. What about the sun exposition after do the laser? AVOID THE SUN AFTER THE LASER, cause it would irritate your skin.TIPS I WISH I KNEW BEFORE. if your doing your privates. Do it first cause after a couple minutes of use the machine get hot and would hurt a little bit even with the cold option.Always apply a lotion without alcohol after the laser, would help your skin to don’t get sore.Don’t exfoliate before or after the laser, cause would irritate your skin.Be very consistent, that’s the key.If your doing your armpits use different angles and try to cover all the zone if not you would have zones with hair and zones hairy.

Okay first off. I used 2 other IPL machines before. The thing is is that they have limited flashes and only 5 modes. And for people with thinner hair those would work just fine. But I have thick curly hair making my body hair a nuisance. And it would grow fast! I used to have to shave twice a week. The other machines made the hair thinner but never go away. But when I got this I immediately started using the high intensity mode. And noticed a difference right away! I’ve had the machine for almost a year now and I’m almost done treating my whole body. That does sound like a long time but here’s another thing, I missed spots my first few times which made treatments be a little longer than normal. Which I’m fine with as long as they stay gone! It’s up to you if you think it’s worth the money though. If you have tried other machines with no success I would give it a shot!

I've been using this for a few mos now, (& not 2xs a week like it says, more like once a week) I started out with 4 then went to level 5. I have noticed that my leg hair isn't growing back the next day! There is still stubble, but it takes like 4 days to really grow. (If I used it regularly , like you're supposed to, I'm sure it would be much better)The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it gets hot quick! But for the price I'll deal with it! I just do a bunch of sessions, (letting it cool down in between) until I'm done!
