Pantasy's modular buildings are amazing deals, vastly cheaper than Lego but just as good. They use GoBricks, which are actually better than Lego (no color inconsistency here), and the designs are filled with numerous tiny, clever details (here referencing both the Sherlock stories and the Cumberbatch TV show), making the interior of Lego's modulars feel half baked by comparison. The exterior is attractive, with its fall foliage, though brown flowers are a questionable choice: they exist but are very uncommon in real life. The two manuals are clear, easy to follow, and attractive, as is the box art.Like other Pantasy sets, almost all pieces with images are printed. There are, unfortunately, three stickers, something no manufacturer should be including at this point. A Funwhole-style light kit would be nice, too, but Funwhole is still the only manufacturer including full, custom light kits with sets. For those who like them, it's worth noting there are no minifigures included in the set.Those are really quibbles, though, given the quality of the design, the fun of the building process, the excellence of the bricks, and the look (and big size) of the finished building. This is a real steal that would make an attractive addition to any brick-built street scene!

This is an absolutely fantastic set, so much detail and well worth the price for how many peices you get. Everything was accounted for and instructions were pretty simple with only a few confusing bits.I have two complaints with the set one of which being that there is virtually no way to access the interior leaving a lot of the work you do completely unseen. You can open doors and windows but the inside is so dark you can't see anything. The simple addition of LEDs to light up the inner space would elevate the entire set.Secondly, the set comes with every piece you will need and that's it. No extras at all. In a set that is as detailed and intricate as this one there were a lot of times I lost single stud pieces or small decor items. Would have been glad for a few extras.Aside from that I absolutely love this set and encourage everyone to get it.

First, the design - this piece is absolutely delightful. The attention to detail and the surprising references to various Sherlock Holmes stories are intriguing and gives you so much to check out. I wish there were a lighting kit because it would be nice to see the interior without separating the floors but maybe I can figure something out. In any case, the overall piece is excellent! Very well done!Now, the construction - the bricks and various detail pieces are well built. Fittings are mostly very tight - there were a very few, maybe a handful, that felt a little loose, but everything else fit or snapped into place firmly and holds together well. I would prefer a few more supporting bricks on the second and top floors but the floor does hold together well. There were no missing pieces.Instructions - The instructions were fairly easy to follow however some pieces were a little difficult to identify, due to the colors and shapes being fairly close. It would have been helpful to have a parts list with a picture of the part so that you could compare the counts and be sure you have the right part.

211B is well made and creatively designed. Only partially finished and missing a couple of pieces that I worked around from my extras.Instructions are clear and help identify large pieces by giving you the “bumps” per piece.This set would be twice as expensive if a Lego. I like that a lot. Give it a shot. I think you will be pleased.

The quality of the block is like Lego block. The block fit perfectly without force it in but some need to adjust to make it fit perfectly. This is the well design model. It needs to have LED to make it excellent model, too bad it doesn't come with it. I will add the picture once it completed.

This was a lot of work, but it was also a great deal of fun! I'm by no means an "experienced" builder and while I had some issues initially, I had little difficulty assembling this. The instruction manual was printed on nice heavy paper and the illustrations were for the most part easy to follow. I did not have any missing pieces and actually had a few left over. I do, however, wish it had lights like some of the other manufacturers and I do wish the minifigures were included with this build. Otherwise, this is good value for the money and is worth the time I put into building it.

Amazing set. Really fun to build. But customer service is horrid. Emailed them for a PDF manual & never heard back from them.

Being a Sherlock Holmes fan, I really wanted this build and I was not disappointed. I was happy that they even included a sticker of gunshot holes in the shape of a happy face for the wall. I was impressed with the detail. Working on it everyday for an hour or two, it took me about a week to put together. The instructions were easy to follow unlike some kits.
