I have tried many alternatives, but find these the best. No allergy problems, full confidence in use, wear well with daily sanitation-rinsing,better than many more expensive alternatives for men. Hope to have availability for years to come, for my permanent needs after RP and Salvage RT. Reliable and economic.NB; I have had repeated use of these types of fitment with the receptacles lasting for 3 months +, replacing Bags after c1:2 months, Obviously applying Good Sanitation regimes, And Care in use, during manual work sessions regularly; durability is thus down to the User.

It works reasonably well if you can find a UK bag too fit. ( I have if you need to know) But and this is a big but. This product is not made for the Western world, which is a shame. Any Chinese company that can produce in larger sizes could have a great product on its hands. Although there are one or two other minor design problems that could be easily implemented.If your slimmer that a 36inch 13st 10Lb ( 87kg ) man then it could work for you. I have to say as I have used all the recommended UK incontinent male products. This product has a chance to succeed if it could be redesigned for the western markets. Even if double its current price it would be a winner with the new designs in place.So come on Chinese ( or whoever entrepreneur's ) get to to he drawing board. When I was a younger man with entrepreneurial flair. I would have take the challenge on board. ( As i am now retired I work on a 1 quarter percent royalty basis..no only joking..)If the manufacturer wants to contact me on the design issue's. As I am a severe incontinent sufferer they are welcome too.I have given 3 stars as I like the concept, and on some males with a much slighter build than myself they should get some use out of the products.

What a waste of money the item does not fit suppose to large it wouldn't fit a teenagerno straps to fit to to your leg I wish I had read the review before I purchased it £13-99 down the pan.their size are for Asian and not European it would seem.

I found this device excellent. Early days, as I only got it yesterday, but it does a great job.! Only one caveat.Use to two loose straps to keep it in place by running them between your legs and tying them to the back of the waistband. Essentially you are wearing it like a thong.!Use a surgical sleeve to keep the bag strapped to your leg. You can order one in any pharmacy. Alternatively you must source your own velcro straps to do same.

I AM 83 YRS WITH 42" WAIST. FITS OK, FELT A BIT STRANGE AT FIRST BUT SOON GOT USED TO IT. I WEAR IT WHEN DRIVING AND WHEN I GO FISHING BUT MUST STAND UP TO ENABLE DRAINAGE BUT IT IS INSTANT AND NO PROBLEM.IN FACT USE IT ANYWHERE. ( I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO ORDER SPARE RESUABLE BAGS FROM THE SAME SELLER JUST IN CASE BUT IT DOES NOT LOOK IT )

Nun da ich das Ding einmal bestellt habe,hier meine Erfahrungen damit und das in aufgeführten Punkten,positve wie negative:Erst mal die positiven Eigenschaften:Die Idee ist gut und sie würde sich durchaus weiterentwickeln lassen!Aber es erfordert halt mehr Inovation in solchen Dingen und vor allem keine Scham davor das zu benennen!Die negativen Eigenschaften des Produktes:1. Nach langem ausprobieren,anprobieren und auch mit bei mir vorher vorhandenen Urin-Bein-Beuteln,ist der mitgelieferte Beinbeutel nicht "Tauglich" für den alltäglichen Gebrauch!Nicht nur das er nicht den gängigen europäischen Standards entspricht,sondern das das Ablassventil auch noch undicht ist!2. Eine Deutsche oder zumindest Engliche Anleidung fehlt "Vollkommem"!Kann den ein Deutscher oder Engländer "Chinisch"?(Okay,manche schon,aber das sind wahrscheinlich die wenigsten!)Oder was denken sich die Hersteller dabei???Wenn sie dieses Produkt verkaufen????3.
