This drain snake arrived used and broken. I should’ve been able to tell just from the packaging. The plastic was ripped in several places. I unwrapped the item to find the coil was wet (!) from being previously used and completely detached from the drum. The coil basically fell right out. Since it was detached, it couldn’t be recoiled. So I’m returning this junky thing in pieces. Not worth a penny.

I have a particular "problem" that I purchased this for. The cable is not very durable and twists easy and the "problem" didn't go away. Toilet definitely needs pulled now. Waste of money

Broke immediately. Avoid buying. Plumber friend recommended the electric ones.
