The foam is a great and simple way to clean your cup between uses. It has lasted me ages so far. Does not have a perfume smell, it is a more medical smell, which I like, because it feels like it is definitely doing its job!

Really good for cleaning the menstrual cup and a few other things on the go - I actually used it to sterilize my hands (although I wasn't faffing with my cup) when one place I went to had no soap.Ideally need one half the size too, so I can take on plane along with other toiletries.

Got this to use with my femmycycle cup.One pump foams up really well so a bottle will last a while. Nice smell, leaves no residue. Would recommend.
