Setup took 16 hours and i watched videos since the instructions were not very good.
My daughter loves her new bike! I will say it took me about 16 hours to get the bike finished. When you do the chain after you get the link on you can move the pedals forward and the chain link will engage. The derailer is on the bottom. I think the hardest part was the chain seat and brakes make sure after you get the brakes on to keep the little plastic piece that goes on the end of the handle bars cause you will need to screw those back in. I accidentally through mine away so I had to zip tie the brakes to the handle var to get the brakes to work. Hopefully that will help someone cause the instructions were not that good. I ended up watching a dozen different assembly videos to figure it out.

Decent Tricycle for the price
Over all a decent bike. It's definitely not as solid/sturdy ad the Schwinn Meridian. And it feels like the pedals need to be moved forward. It's a little difficult for myself or my husband to ride due to the pedals being directly under the seat. It puts a lot of work on your thighs. But my daughter doesn't complain and that's who we bought it for. Cute bike with gears and bell and basket. Wish it had a brake lock because it tends to roll out of the garage on it's own.

Great three-wheeled bicycle
I purchased this bicycle for my sister who has a debilitating care of Rheumatoid Arthritis. She has not been able to ride a bicycle for over 30 years. She is 67 and has been afflicted with RA for the past 25 years. After having both knees replaced this year I purchased this bicycle to surprise her. Assembling the bicycle was challenging but I managed. After assembling it, I presented it to her and she began crying. Of course, the true measure of the present would be if she would be able to ride it. She was able to ride it up and down the street a few times and was over comed with emotion. There are many bike paths here in San Antonio so I plan to load my bike and hers and go exploring.

Poorly Manufactured
I had high hopes for this bike, and I'll admit that I shouldn't have tried to assemble it myself, but even a professional bike shop couldn't fix what was wrong with it. Sadly, by the time I got it assembled and to the bike shop, the return window had closed. The biggest problem putting it together was that the manual and the video do not go about the assembly process the same, so I had to go back and forth looking at both. Sometimes the manual would have the bike positioned upside down, while the video wouldn't, which made it really confusing. The tools sent weren't the same as the ones in the manual. Also the front wheel and the handlebar tube weren't aligned correctly and that's a manufacturing error. The bike chain cover was unusable because the holes weren't punched correctly. The bike shop said they couldn't get the shifter to work smoothly and when I test drove it the breaks just screamed and also dragged against one of the tires. The body had multiple scratches and scuffs. It makes a lot of noise because the fenders and basket aren't the best. Invest your money in something from a reputable bike company.

Buy something more substantial.
Very difficult to assemble. The seat position is awkward for peddling and the seat itself is flimsy. The fender metal is thin and not very substantial. Not really worth the money.

My wife loves it!
I think the big time big box stores are missing the boat with not trying to stock at least one of these on their floor. I originally bought a three wheel bike for my stepson that has Down’s Syndrome and wanted to be a part of the family when it came to bike riding but couldn’t ride a two wheel bike. Now my wife has aged and balance is sometimes an issue and this was the answer for her to still be able to ride. Big time stores don’t cater to us minorities so I would recommend this bike with all I can because it has changed my wife’s outlook on the recreation she has enjoyed all of her life. Try this bike if it is at all needed for whatever reason and skip the big timers that don’t have room on their floor for us. The directions are very good and have great pictures also and have a time line that is pretty accurate for time to assemble.

Good for the price.
First let me say we are very happy with the purchase. Manual adult tricycles are hard to find locally. We researched many products. We bought this for our daughter who is unable to ride a two wheel bike due to her disabilities. She loves it!! That's what matters. The reason I didn't give it a 5 star is like all the other reviews, the instructions were not very good especially for a product that needs so many parts and safety needs. Due to Schwinn being soooo expensive we purchased this brand. The paint is pretty but not like bikes of old, its not an enamel, long lasting type of paint. Only time will tell how well this bike holds up.

Works Great
Great bike for the price. Was hard to assemble but I'm not a mechanic. Had to have local bike shop put it together. Bike rides great, smooth shifting. Love this bike and thinking of purchasing another one.
