The original order I made before this recent one the product was 200mg; I just clicked on my old order to reorder silly me i naturally thought I would get the same as before; however this order of phytoceramides was only 40mg. this mean i would need to use more to get the same effect.

Im a 39 year old man and I have sun damaged blotches of skin on my cheek bones from years of surfing in the Hawaiian sunshine. So, I did research on ubiquinol and phytoceramides and found that both can help repair skin damage among other things. I began taking both products about one month ago and I am beginning to see results. The large dark blemishes have begun to lighten up and it seems like the skin on my entire face is becoming more uniform. I'm brown skinned naturally and my face looks less blotchy now and it even seems smoother. I do not know which product is causing the result so I'm going to continue taking both because I have experienced no ill side affects and the products are very reasonably priced.Update 2/8/14. I have discontinued use of this product. It was ineffective on my skin. I have found Ubiquinol to be more helpful at combating my sun spots on my cheeks.

I am not sure of this product works or not I have not been taking it for 30 says yet. Will continue to take for another 30 days to see if I get any results with anti aging (wrinkles) . Wish me luck.I am disappointed in the product did not see any results or changes in anti aging. will not buy again.

I'm 63, soon to be 64. Have only been taking this a few weeks when I bumped into an old friend who stopped and made a point of telling me "You look great -- you have a certain glow!" I wasn't wearing any makeup and it was outside on a sunny day, so I must credit this product. It's effect is cumulative and subtle to the user, but I think it is one that will be in my permanent beauty regimen as you do see results fairly quickly and they are discernible to others,not just wishful thinking in the mirror LOL.

Okay, I buy lots of stuff on Amazon but only bother to review things that stand out. I have been taking the Renew supplements since February 2014 and applying a liquid vitamin C I also got from Amazon daily for same eight months. My skin has shown no real improvement in that time. Crow lines and laugh lines just as prevalent as they were in Holiday photos from last Winter. No miracle fix here!!! I am on last bottle and will not continue. I would post before and after photos but there is no point.

I got the 40 gm. one when I really wanted the 100. I would order again, but can't right now. Like the fact that it's gluten free.

This has been a great product so far. I have been on it for almost a month and I have seen great improvement in my skin. I am 47 and have some allergies and health issues so my face has been red, dry and broken out. Three weeks later it is less dry, clear and the redness has toned way down. I look forward to further improvements. I will continue to use this. Also, it is gluten free, which I was so happy to find since I do not eat gluten.

I will order more when I return from my trip and give it another trial. Maybe I need to use it longer to see results.
