Very quiet pest repeller
Exactly what I needed. Not loud or clicking like other brands I have tried. I included a pic of the product to show what it looks like plugged in.It also has a small blue l.e.d. that works as a night light on the front. There is no switch to turn the light off. But, a small piece of tape would probably work if you didn't want the light.Also . . . It doesn't have an outlet on the side. I think this is a good thing as some pests may be repelled be these devices but others will climb right into the plugs open socket and make a home inside these things.Overall, I would definitely recommend these repellers.

Several design flaws. Consider a better design.
I wanted a dozen or so units of this type to put around my house so I ordered six (6) sets.Complaint 1: These devices are outlet hogs and three times the size they really need to be. When you plug one in, the entire outlet is out of service because the units are so big they obstruct both sets of holes.Complaint 2: They are very smooth and curved and slip out of my hands. Quite annoying. You will need to find something to transport them around in because they are big and slippery. Picking up two requires more effort than should be necessary, even though I have arthritic hands.Complaint 3: These are so over packaged it is ridiculous. Six empty packages filled half my waste basket.Complaint 4: There is no outlet in the pest unit so when you need to plug in, say, the vacuum, you have to unplug the pest unit and then plug it back in later -- oh and it will be clutter laying around somewhere until it gets plugged in again and if you forget...you lose the protection.Complaint 5: The units have a big logo on the front. They give the appearance of having had one's outlets tagged with graffiti. There is nothing subtle about these units - if you want a big, bold brand name on every outlet where you install one, then this is the unit for you. If you want subtlety, look elsewhere...these are ugly to me, but I have no desire for graffiti in my home.Complaint 6: The blue LED light is very bright, so if you want to have a unit in the room you sleep in, you will have to put electricians tape over the light bulb to darken the room...I don't know if they work to repel pests, it doesn't matter, they have so many other problems, if it wasn't another waste of my time to return them, I would. A few of the ones I bought will go in the garage and outbuildings in outlets I don't need, otherwise they are going in the trash. I am going to take the loss and get pest units that are more consumer friendly. This will teach me to order products in the middle of the night when I can't sleep.
