Comfortable
Comfy & fine for the price, but no real arch support to speak of. They're very big so if you have a smaller shoe size you'll have to trim it all the way to the ball support pad, won't work in under a size 6 shoe.

Extend the life of your shoes!
I'm an avid marathoner and I'm really hard on shoes and these were perfect for extending the life of my racing shoes. I placed them inside the insole of the shoes and was able to get one more marathon out of the shoes!

Shoes too big
I ordered these because a pair of shoes were too big. This was the perfect option. Not only do the shoes fit but they are extra comfortable

Almost pain free feet. Closer than most anything.
Just what my poor feet needed. So sore from bad circulation,soon as I slipped these in my shoes I could again almost pain free. Thanks.
