The EPOS Sennheiser SP 20 isn't marketed to be used with a standard desk-phone. What is the difference between this model ml and the regular sennheise sp20 usb?

The SP 20 is designed only to be used with PC's, smartphone, and tablets. The SP 20ML is designed to be used with Skype for Business, PC's, smartphones, and tablets. I have the SP20 ML and love it. I use it everyday for both personal and business.
