It's properly a personal thing as my body reacted quite Badly to this . Soon after using it I had a terrible migraine and felt sick. Did try again a week later but felt the same. So I may just have a prob with the caffeine.

It is great that it comes in individual bags so you don't have to filter the coffee. However I think it is less powerful so I would recommend leaving the coffee bag for longer if you are using it for an enema

it has just arrived after quite a wait. like other reviewers surprised at size and labelling of product. No idea if its organic or now. Not sure it is worth the money or the wait.
