Let's just start off by saying that it really does work. I was not sure what to expect when buying supplements like that, but I was pleasantly surprised with the effects of it!I've been taking them for about a month now and ordering another months supply. I didn't notice any difference whilst taking these tablets. However, we are all different and others may find them great.Packet is really good quality and packaging of the tablets is also good.

Taken two month worth of these and certainly feel the difference. May be a placebo affect however I do feel I have a more positive outlook to what's around me. I don't know if it's the pills either but I used to stay up silly late as I thought I had to make the most of my evening but I feel more ready for bed at a decent time and obviously feel better for it the following morning.
