I contacted the seller and Michael was very sad to hear what I was experiencing
This review has 2 folds. One is for the product itself, the other is for customer service. Upon receiving my shipment, the package was bent in a U shape and had to put it under books to kinda straight it out but it never did. After bending it manually, I inserted it into my printer to find out that the cut size was sloppy and made the paper jam in the printer. At that point, I was very frustrated with my ordeal.I contacted the seller and Michael was very sad to hear what I was experiencing. He told me that he will fix my problem and he sure did. I just received a new shipment and this one was very well protected and flat in a box. This made all the difference in the world as I printed several sheets last night and was successful. My water decals came out perfect and were easy to slide down on my EPO foamie RC airplane.I am very please with the product and Royal Elements really care about customers so, for this, I give Michael and his team a 5 stars review.Thank you,Vince.

Great decal paper!
GREAT DECAL PAPER!For a novice crafter, I think these turned out very well. The instructions were very helpful, but I also watched Youtube videos to make sure I had it right. One thing the instructions don't really mention is that setting your printer to "Photo Glossy Paper," is a MUST. That made my images print in much higher quality than the first time around.Another thing to know is that you NEED the acrylic sealer. I tried doing the transfer without it and it did not turn out well. So the next time I used 4 coats waiting an hour or so between each coat and that did the trick.I was surprised by how thin the decals were, but they seem to be staying on just fine. Another thing I found from watching Youtube tutorials was that the decals only need to be in the water for around 25 seconds, the instructions said "about 1 minute."I was very happy with this purchase, the seller was very proactive in sending follow up emails to make sure everything went well. I will definitely be ordering again! Directions confusing - but great product
Everything about this product was great and worked exactly as expected except one thing. I bought the paper specficially for Laser printers, but the directions on the back of the packaging seems to be exclusively in regards to inkjet printing. Now i understand the laser paper could be used in inkjet as well, but only explaining the steps for one could be confusing for somebody new to using waterslide and create a lot of dissatisfaction. Luckily i have connections to a crafting team that was able to clarify for me so I didn't add unnecessary steps for myself, but buyer beware! If you are printing with a LASER printing you can skip all the parts regarding "Clear Aerosol Acrylic Decal Fixative Spray"! Thats the beauty of using laser over inkjet, no additional sealing of ink neccessary before putting in water for application!

Time is of the essence—Pick another brand
This review does not include actions by Seller. Rather this review concerns only the quality of the product. If you are considering the purchase of waterslide paper look at other brands. As many waterslide decals as I have worked with, the many designs created and printed along with the many objects I have decorated using this technique I find the the end results to be the same—shreds and ripples. This is actually the first negative review I have ever provided on Amazon. I found this product to be so poor I had to leave a review. When time is of the essence pick a different brand.

Play with the settings until you get it right. I used a brother laser printer
For printing with my brother laser printer I had to use the MP (multipurpose tray). I went to "page setup" on my word document and set it to the correct size for the paper.I set the printer setting "print quality" to "fine" which was the highest quality for my printer. I tried the "label" setting and "glossy paper" setting. Both times the print came out terribly.Next I changed the setting to "thicker paper" (still using the "fine" setting) and it came out perfectly!I sprayed 3 layers of clear spray paint enamel on each of my decals, drying between layers with a hair dryer, before cutting out and putting them in water to transfer onto the mugs.My decals were large (meant to cover entire mugs) and hard to get on without air bubbles because some of the tiny bubbles were hard to smooth out, but I bet something smaller would be a lot easier. I'm happy with my results.

They do the work fine !
I received the product quickly and without any damage to the packaging or paper itself. I followed the directions included and had no issues with the process. It seems some people buying this have trouble reading and following directions, but for me it was no problem. I will say that sliding the decals on is the hard part, it is a delicate procedure that takes patience. I am happy with both the print quality and decals themselves. Though they are thin I expected this and they show up well on my art project. Overall this is a great product with well written instructions — it just requires a mild amount of skill, but if you follow the directions you will be fine.

This paper works reasonably well. I am making decals and putting them on small pieces of hardwood. The decal is about 4" x5" in size, just slight smaller than the wood. I found that the decals do not stick well and have been using Liquitex Matte Gel as a fix. After applying a thin layer of Liquitex on the wood, I carefully align the decal, blot the excess water and then squeeze the bubbles out. The result is quite good. The decals stick firmly to the wood and are very smooth. A few coats of laquer or Polyurethane finishes the product very nicely.
