The product is heavy and high-end, and it matches my high-end dining table very well

Don't buy it - it's an old, used chair you can't return!
So where do I start... (1) the bottom of legs are scratched as if it's been used for a loooong time. (2) it arrived wrapped with simple kitchen plastic, not securely in a box. (3) I order beige and there's gray discolored spots on the backrest. (4) it's not supported by free automatic returns policy, so tou can't even return it. (5) overall looks cheap, stinks, and arrives damaged without proper packaging. Basically belongs in the bin!
