Hormel Beef Steak Tips With Mashed Potatoes And Gravy Complete Microwave Bowls, 9 oz

Meals are tasty, convenient and basically ready to eat right out of the package. They offer a good variety of different choices and this one was no exception. It has the mashed potatoes, steak tips and a generous amount of gravy on the food. Comes in a container with an easy peel off lid and can be eaten as is or warmed up in the microwave- takes only a minute or two. Meal tastes good, has good protein content and is fairly filling- does the job when you need a quick meal and are hungry. It's a good size (regular portion) and good for convenience. I'd recommend this one as well as the other ready to eat meals by Hormel. Good go to if you want something easy and filling.

Terrible product. Actually zero star rating. Entire contents has a slight chemical taste. The "lump" of potatoes after I mashed them very well had a grainy texture, even when mixed with the gravy. There was only a few small pieces of meat in the gravy. Very small but a larger portion would only be more not to eat. I will not be buying this poor excuse for food again and I suggest you do not waste your money. I would give zero stars but it will not let me.

I wouldn't feed it to my dog. From the first bite, it was clear that the meal would not live up to even the most basic expectations. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Hormel Beef Steak Tips. Its just not good. Is this what dogs eat?

Taste was poor, meat was nothing more than a very thin patty, gravy was very watery. We've bought several other of the Hormel Microwave Bowls, and liked all except this one and the Spaghetti and meatball. Won't be buying these 2 again.
