This is one of the only chin straps I've ever ordered a second time. I always use a CPAP when I sleep. I also sleep on my side and stomach. I absolutely require a chin strap since those sleeping positions do not allow a full face CPAP mask. Over the past 20 years, I have tried many chin straps. Most had something objectionable that made me keep looking for a new one. This one is a keeper. A few comments:1. They could use better instructions in larger. print. Many of us who use this product are older. I needed a magnifier to read the small print on the little bag. The instructions say to put the Velcro part on top. There are actually two straps that join with Velcro. The strap can be made to fit in either position. However, the best position is as shown in the photos with the wider printed Velcro closure on top.2. WASH IT FIRST!! They recommend this because of neoprene odor. Since I'm breathing through a CPAP, this isn't an issue for me. However, my first one ruined a pillowcase by bleeding black dye all over it.3. This is far and away the best value I've found in these straps, although price isn't my main concern. Sleep is!

Fit was very firm, but no matter how comfortable it may be, if it doesn't keep the jaw from opening, it's not worth it. No matter how tight, there's still no jaw support. Will be returning this.

Not a good fit for me, did not adjust well, I am returning the product.

As a long time CPAP user, I gave the Claro a try and was not disappointed. The material breaths and is comfortable against my skin. The connection points are not bulky and do not dig into my scalp when I sleep.

After a year or two the mask left black marks all over my pillowcases and sheets.

It was very comfortable but didn't work at all!

Works good, a little tight at first. It is really bad to stain the pillow case. I have washed it over and over but still stains. I'm not sure if my husband is sweating and causing it but have to shout it out every wash.

Too small for my face. The velcro kept pulling my hair. Very disappointed.
