1982 Ford Bronco, 302 with C6
My dad ended up with an old Bronco, carb was trash. He asked if I could do the conversion, I've spent some time doing engine work, so yeah...I ordered the parts for him. Took me a few days, but I didn't get to work on it non-stop. Could easily be done in a day's time.A few things I will recommend:1. Go through your kit, look at the step-by-step instructions on how it goes together, and then look at the vehicle itself. Make sure *EVERYTHING* you need for *YOUR* specific install is available. I had to scrounge up some random electrical connectors, as well as some brass fittings to plumb the temp sensor while retaining the dash temp gauge, not a big deal but could have saved some time if I'd been thinking ahead.2. My kit was missing the coolant temp sensor, but not a big deal. The FiTech unit is supposedly pretty solid, but there are known issues with the temp sensor anyway. It's a fairly standard part that costs less than $20 at the local autozone, the part number is SU109VC.3. Most of your vehicle's electrical circuits that are on with the ignition key are relayed so they turn off with the starter. You *MUST* have key-switched power that remains on when the starter is cranking.4. Unless this thing is going on something with muscle-car-sized exhaust, there's a good chance the clamp-on O2 sensor bung plate is going to leak a little because the diameter of the pipe is smaller than the curvature of the plate. It isn't enough to be a deal-breaker for most, and can easily be fixed by just welding it on if you don't like it. If you don't have a little wire-welder, just run it down to the muffler shop and have them put it on for you.Aside from that, I really didn't have any issues with it at all. She had a slight sputter when I first cranked it, then she smoothed on out. I never drove the vehicle prior to installing it, and it is one of those "jacked up 4x4 with the big tires" setups, but it runs pretty smooth. Overall I'm happy with it.

1 yr update
when i first bought it and tried to start engine gas was pouring all over the place fuel injectors were not installed correctly called customer support and they said just take it apart and fix it yourself. ok i did a better job than they did and it worked 1yr later i had to change out the battery now the fuel pump wont run checked fuses no power out of throttle body you can jump fuel pump and engine will run like normal so crummy relay in throttle body has failed most likely will be told it fix it myself again
