GESTALT COUTURE Unique Tungsten Cross Pendant .4mm Wide Surgical Stainless Steel Box Chain. Wood Inlay.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas 2019 and he LOVES it. I was worried he wouldnt like the chain, but he really loves it. The chain is surgical steel box chain. Its shiny and heavy, manly. The tungsten cross with wood inlay is very cool. I couldnt be more happy with his purchase.

Received within 3 days of order. The necklace came in a box and the cross was in a soft cloth. BEAUTIFUL cross! Nice weight and very masculine. My husband cried when I gave it to him. He wanted a wooden cross but not plain wood because the hole where the necklace goes through can crack or break due to moisture and/or heat. This jewelry is very well made, and the wood portion of the cross is set in metal. The chain was just long enough to go over his head but not so long as to have the cross sit too low on his chest. He will not be taking this one off. Thank you for a beautiful cross necklace.

I think they could have put a bit more time and craftsmanship into the product. Some of the links were not completely closed all the way. The front side of the cross with the wood was flat sanded and the edges and Corners we're not smooth out after so it's Sharp on the front and then smooth and rounded on the back. You can plainly see that the gaps of where the wood meets the metal we're filled in with some sort of paint and it spilled over before the final finish was put on therefore taking away from the straight-line look of the wood against the metal. But it does have nice wait to it like others have said.

This is a very well-made product. They wood inlay is beautiful, The chain is very masculine and the clasp is well-made so I don’t have to worry about it breaking or coming open which is how my son lost his first cross. The packaging and box along with the white, felt bag make it a very nice gift presentation.

All is not quite what photo and what everyone states to be getting. I must have the bottom batch or the ugly duckling of them all. I really admire woodworking and like all who choose this item love and admire Christ! I expected a bit more out of the mohoghany inlay but I ended up with pitted finish, seems in the joints, a very visible crack in the wood, a hair in the finish, and a silver looking speck in the finish. Now I did not really expect for perfection... But I surely did not expect that many deficiencies. My rating is based on the cross because that is what I searched for to begin with the chain was not really what I was even in the market for. I wish it was better I wish I had a better cross, I have rifle stocks with far more superior finish than this cross, my kitchen cabinets have better finish that the cross, and I am quite sure I am accurate because I have been a wood finisher for over 15 years and never would I allow a crack, pit, speck, or hair end up in a high end piece. The thing I am really confused about is how this all ended up on the focal point of this cross... The backside is polished and much more presentable than the front. Shame on your quality control in many departments Ceramic Gestalt! This all should have been stopped at the assembly line, stopped again before being sent out, its marketed as fine jewelry.

This cross is very nice. It is very solid but more importantly so is the chain. Most importantly the clasp and the connector between the chain and the cross are solid. I lost a very good cross years ago that meant a lot to me when the clasp broke and my most recent cross fell off because the link between the cross and chain was of very poor quality. The cross is beautiful and free of any defects.The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because it is heavy relative to other crosses but this comes with the fact that the cross and other components are solid. Also, the cross is a bit longer than typical and definitely thicker than normal. Some people may not like the weight and size. I am just under 6 foot tall and the cross sits below a normal neckline, about 2 inches above my sternum so the length for me is perfect as it would likely be for most adults even taller and shorter. After a week I have gotten used to the weight and don't notice it even though I wear it all day and all night when I am asleep. Finally, while it is big it does not have any sharp edges. It is nicely rounded at each edge so that it does not dig into my chest which has happened to me even with much more expensive crosses, especially when I moved around in bed at night.For my part I give it a 4.5 stars but as I said some people might find it a bit large. It would not be good for a small child, say under 5 foot 2inches and of relatively light weight. An adult of this height but with a bit more weight would likely not have problem.

Very pleased. Product is just as it looks in the pictures and exactly as described. I read a review of the edges being sharp and the wood inlay having gaps and/or pitting. I did not feel or see this on the one I received. I have been looking for quite sometime for a nice solid cross to wear to help me remember my commitment to the Lord. I will be wearing this for years to come.

Exactly what they advertised. A beautiful and yes, heavy (tungsten has some weight to it versus stainless steel, but it’s quality) cross pendant, and the chain they provide is a perfect compliment to the pendant. Absolutely love it.
