I just ordered this bread basket for my boyfriend's birthday! He loves to bake bread and we especially love to make our own pizza dough! We didn't have a good rising basket so I decided to give this one a shot! It works fantastic for our bread dough! The loaves come out very rounded and even, definitely brought our bread to a bakery quality! I would definitely recommend this proofing basket to any bakers out there- aspiring or experienced!A tip that I have for this bread bowl is to place the bowl on top of a cookie sheet for any flour fallout. I bought this banneton to make more authentic sourdough bread. It is exactly what I needed! It’s durable, didn’t smell like weird chemicals, and even cans with a cover that is easily washable. I would highly recommend this product if you want to up your sourdough to the next level.

Nice and inexpensive. I used it with the liner, and just rinsed the flour out and let it air dry.

I had never heard of a banneton bowl before. It's very strudy and I feel like it will last a good while. I only wish it came with a how to/recipe book.
